Terms & Conditions Vouchers
Dated Vouchers are valid only for the date and course named on them.
Open Vouchers are valid up to the expiration date for the named type of course with available space.
Vouchers are not redeemable after the expiration date marked on them.
They have No Cash Value.

Terms & Conditions Courses
Places on a course are only booked when we have received payment.
If for any reason a course is cancelled by us a refund or alternative course will be offered.
If the course is cancelled by the attendee and a replacement attendee can be found a refund will be given.
If the cancellation is made less than a week before the course no refund will be given.

Made Pottery
Any work processed through the kilns will be kept for a maximum of three months during which time it should be collected. If it is not collected by the end of this time it may be disposed of at our discretion.
